The basic thing to remember is that you can have all fruits and veggies; most meat, poultry and fish preparations (obviously without cheese or cream sauces); not many sweet baked goods (muffins, cakes, etc.); some plain baked goods (bagels, wheat bread); few desserts (maybe some fruit-based). So concentrate on the fruits/veg. and you'll be
